JamfCloud macOS Enrollment Guide EN
The following steps will guide you through the Enrollment process to setup your Mac device and get ready for your business. The text will be provide by myWorkplace.Mac Team. The guide based on macOS 26. Other macOS releases will may look different. Please contact your local IT Service if you have questions.
Language
Select your Language. Confirm with the Arrow bottom right.
Select your Country or Region
Select your Country. Confirm with Continue.
Transfer Your Data to This Mac
Select Setup as a new. Confirm with Continue.
Optional Page: This page will be displayed if you select a different keyboard layout and language settings.
If you want to add additional Language Layouts you can select Customize Settings. Confirm with Continue.
Accessibility
If you like to setup Accessability Features, please select the Icon displayed in the screenshot. Confirm with Continue.
Select your Wifi
Select your Wifi to connect your device to the internet and communicate to our Management Server. You may have to enter a password to connect your Wifi. Confirm with Continue.
Device Management
Please note: If the page Remote Management does not appear, please contact your local IT Service and check the DEP registration. Additonal you have to reset your device by using the recovery and start the enrollment process again.
Confirm with Continue.
Please note: Your device will has to update to the latest minor macOS version before continue the enrollment. When the software update is done, you will have to repeat the previous steps.
myWorkplace
Select Next to continue.
Enter your Credentials and confirm with Login .
Device Management
Wait until the install of all device profiles is complete.
myWorkplace
Select your Company / Country Devision from the drop down and select Save to continue.
Wait until the configuration has finished.
Your device will restart after 10 seconds automatically . You can select restart as well.
Language (after restart of device)
Select your Language. Confirm with the Arrow bottom right.
Select your Country or Region
Select your Country. Confirm with Continue.
Optional Page: This page will be displayed if you select a different keyboard layout and language settings.
If you want to add additional Language Layouts you can select Customize Settings. Confirm with Continue.
Accessibility
If you like to setup Accessability Feature, please select the Icon displayed in the screenshot. Confirm with Continue.
Select your Wifi
Select your Wifi to connect your device to the internet and communicate to our Management Server. You may have to enter a password to connect your Wifi. Confirm with Continue.
Setup your local Account
- Full Name: Firstname + Lastname (Example: Sam Appleseed).
- Account name: The account name will be prefilled from previous login (Example: appleseed).
- Password: The password will be prefilled from previous login.
- Hint: Please leave the hint blank because of security reasons.
Confirm with Continue.
Terms and Conditions
Select Accept .
Confirm the terms of service with Accept .
Location Services
Please disable the Location Services. Confirm with Continue.
Confirm your choice with Don’t Use.
Timezone
Set your timezone according to your current location. e.g. the timezone for Germany is Berlin – Germany. Confirm with Continue.
Touch ID
You can setup Touch ID now but you can skip and to setup Touch ID later. Confirm with Set Up Touch ID later.
Confirm your choice with Continue.
Choose your Look
Please select your preferred appearance. Confirm with Continue.
Welcome
Confirm with Continue.
